what should be the value of non judicial stamp paper for executing a contract agreement between contractor and employer for a construction project in kolkata

A.Dear Client,
You need to be clear that why this agreement is being executed. As per the Registration Act any agreement for a property worth more than Rs. 100 has to be registered and the stamp duty to be paid on that will be ad valorem meaning as per the value.

A.Dear Client,
any agreement for the property which is more than Rs. 100 needs stamp paper but it depends upon the value of the project and the reason for the agreement.
