Housing society- renovated few months back

My society was renovated few months back...but water has started pouring from balcony window...tried to complain society committee and contractor but no repairing is done yet

Send the society and the builder a legal notice asking them to repair the leakage and post that you can initiate a legal action against them as it is their duty to ensure that no leakage from the window comes in to the house.

you can complaint them in very strong way that you will proceed legally if the problem is not fixed. if they did not fix it even then, you can issue a legal notice to them for the same.
