I have a water leakage problem from the upper flat, i have asked him to fix it , the problem is water leakage from his bathroom pipes underneath the tiles, we have confirmed this from 4 plumbers , and society also spent 4000 rs to isolate the problem to his own flat , now the water is getting into bed room, hall and my electrical lines posing a life threat , i cannot fix it until he fixes the issue first , i first reported the issue in NOv 2021 and given him time of 7 to 8 moths to fix it , but he says cannot accumulate 60 to 80 k of money to fix it , and he wants me to share the amount , which i declined right away because , i myself have to spend 20 to 30 k to fix my painting and electrical lines.how can i can proceed with law to make him fix the issue , under which session i can file and FIR .go to court , this is basically endagering and structure of the whole apartment . I am a resident of hyderabad, i want to claim the money for the damages to , because until now, i thought of fixing my with my own money , but now i would like to seek the damages due to mental agony created by him for last 8 months .please advice

For your problem, Under Bye-law No. 174(E)(i) kindly write a complaint letter to address it to Senior Police Inspector of your local police station. you have to be very much persuasive in taking action on your complaint, by concerned officer.
