Sir I know a person who sold theft cars and bikes parts in India and out of India and he deals with so much black money when he use to convert them into white creating houses and rooms and selling them and he is so powerful that he has touch with the nearest police station and with the superior head of that so in this case how can we fight the kind of person. He can buy police as well and there are so many khabri he have in the BMC department in the nearest police station in the nearest nagarsevak office in the nearest SP office deals in many crore rupees and he is cutting trees to make house and sell it to people and converting the black money into companies and he do such thing with the help of lawyer and chartered accountant and many police officer and other bad peoples like who do such things ???
You can lodge complaint as an anonymous person because you may get threats once you identity is disposed.
Are you by any chance aggrieved due to his activities and have suffered any damage? As the court will ask you that what is your "locus standi" that is your connection with his activities which enable you to file a case or take any legal action against him. If you have any reason then you can initiate the proper legal action.
