Passport reissue police verification and showcase

hlw, my little brother apply for reissue passport and also got passport before police verification. then verification happen, i got a call from PS, they called me with documents in PS, then after seeing everything they demand me a documents of 1984 so that i can proof that i am indian, i have 2002 documents.. then they said a adverse report Against my address, then 2nd time Verification happen. but this te they dont call me or they came, they send adverse report again intentionally, my all documents is correct and i live same address. .now i get a show cause notice. within how many days should i send reply to them? bow what to do?

reply it with all the proofs and mention all the documents that you have. Within 15 days the passport may be impounded. So address the issue immediately
