My wife has sent me a legal notice stating Under domestic violence act - I shouldnt reach her dad's house(Mentioned their address explicitly) or contact her through phone or any social media and all the communication should be in mail. Its been 4 months now i have recieved this legal notice. We tried to mediate thorugh common relatives but all failed. My in laws informed the relatives that my wife want some break from this marriage life. Now its been 4 moths we requested to show my 5 year old daughter , that too denied and they infomred us that to see the kid please proceed through legal. I am not sure on this situation and what they are upto.
PS - My in laws requested me to send my wife to US for masters along with my daughter but i denied it. Since i cant live without my daughter for more than 2 years. THis happend a year back.

A.Dear Sir,

You have to get back to your wife by issuing a strong legal notice saying that you are not interested to invest for her Abroad luxuries journey and unable to bear her educational expenses. File child custody case and seek permanent child custody.
