I am student and I came to chandigarh for training . I shifted in room nd I paid the whole ammount of rent along with security due to some reasons I stayed. There only for a night nd wants to change the room but the owner refuse to give the money back even he don't give me any written agreement so kindly tell me what should I do know?

A.Dear Sir,
You may either approach Police for help or get issue a legal notice and resolve your issue. You must clearly intimate the owner that you are vacating the house and it is ready for delivery and keys will be handed over only when security amount is returned.
