DV case DV case

Interim maintenance was ordered in Laakhni court. I challenged it in Bhandara district court under section 29 of DV act, where it was taken as criminal appeal and it remained the same. Now I need to challenge it in Nagpur high court. Kindly tell me how much time do i have for yhat ? 30/60 or 90 days ? It's very confusing. Because it has been taken as PWDVA case in lower court and criminal appeal in Bhandara district court. Please reply . section used are - 9,12 and 23 of DV act.

A.Dear Sir,
Normally, to be on safer side you must prefer appeal within 30 days from the date of obtaining certified copies since it is a criminal case.
