Rent increased after 3 months Rent increased after 3 months

I live in a PG in Gurgaon. I moved in in Dec. My rent was increased from 10,000 to 12,000 (20%) after only 5 months, ie from May. After three months from the increment, ie, August, the rent has been increased to 15,000 ( 25% hike of new rent) without any increase in facilities and amnesties. Since it is a PG, I don't have a written Rent agreement. It's verbal. What are my legal options/rights against this unfair practice?

A.Dear Sir,

You can immediately vacate the PG center instead of fighting with the management and losing your time and money.
