Description
I have taken shop for rent. The rent is 1500 and deposit is 50000.When, I wanted to handover my shop to landlord. They refused to take handover and also asked 3 month rent. How can, I handover the shop and take the deposit amount 50000 back and how can, stop the rent for shop. Please advise.
A.Dear client sorry to hear that but in this case you can approach your nearby police station and register a complaint against your landlord.

You just keep keys of the shop until and unless they satisfy your terms and if possible sublet it to a strong person. Make the landlord to go to Police Station or Civil Court by filing a Civil case for eviction because such attitude of landlords being increased day by day.
