There is a property on the name of my father and my uncle. My uncle wants to sell his share of the property for 1.5cr but we don't want it to be sold at this price and we want to wait for more. He is coercing us to sell the property. What should we do?
If I want to buy the property from him myself, Can I get a loan to buy just half of the property. (I don't want my father to transfer his share to my name and nor does he.)
A.Dear Sir,
It is very difficult to solve your problem unless your uncle comes to an understanding or you pay Rs. 75 lakhs of his share and retain entire property by yourself.
