I started working in advance web solutions and they signed me a electronic contract by E sign.as I got covid I can't complete the work they are harrassing and asking the money.they say they will. Go for legal action.what can I do

It is civil in nature and not a criminal offence and you have valid ground for non compliance of your assigned work. Ask them to go to any Court and you can leisurely fight as it takes minimum three years to get the result.

A.Dear client I am sorry to hear that but in case your contract does not mention abut the solution then you can file a case. However, in case your contact has mentioned the terms and conditions then you have to abide by that.
