If the other party who has filed the injunction suit to cancel our sale deed is fraud. Then after giving the reply to their suit what should we do to win the case and claim only our parking rights.

A.Dear Sir,
It depends upon several factors. You are saying injunction suit and also saying relief claimed to cancel the sale deed. Hire services of a Senior Advocate to win the case it seems it involves several serious issues.
