I have signed 3 yrs employment bond (no stamps, digitally) and I have served 1.3 yrs and I want to get out of it with relieving letter, they are asking for 1.5 lac which is mentioned in the offer letter, what are my options?

A.Did you get any training? Also, in case when the offer letter or any other document states so, you will have to pay the said amount. Also, specify on which grounds you tried getting relieved from this company?
