Adjacent land dispute - Ancestral property
1 year ago
Ancestral prperty was divided equally between me and 3 of my brothers. All inidividual khata everything is on the individual names. Now my brother has sold has sold the land to a third party. Being a brother and also a neighbour, do I have any claim in this? Does preemption law apply over here? registration everything is done a month ago without my knowledge
A.If everyone has got their fair share of land, and now if he is the owner of his part of the land, and is willing to transfer it to someone else, then he can do so without any issue! Also, please specify you belong to which state and area, as the governing law will decide the stands you can or can't take in such cases, which is related to properties! Hope this helps!
