Hello sir i am jagmeet singh i have a confusion kindly advise me. Mera ek jhagda hua tha kisi se aur maine FIR karwai thi jisme baad me 8 month baad dusri party ne bhi FIR karwai usme police ne fir FR lagwakar compromise karwa diya aur wo court ne accept kr liya tha Abhi govt job ke attestation form me kuch ques hai
1. have you ever been prosecuted ?
2. Have you ever been kept under detention ?
3. Have you ever been convicted by any court of law?
4. Have you ever bound down?
What should i answer yes or no?
