Residential plot allotment to Goverment employees Gujarat state Residential plot allotment to Goverment employees Gujarat state

All applicants are goverment employees of class 3 and 4 having eligible for 90 sq.m.plot had applied for residential plots in 2003 in Bhuj city and applications were accepted.
Govt.authorities not included 2003 applicants during allotment in 2008 @Rs 14625/-+Taxes per plot though there was a enough space in similar survey number as it was allotted in 2022. Inspite of old application, authorities alloted plots @9,19,725/-+Taxes in 2017. Therefore, employees filed a SCA 757/2018 by 70 employees.
As later on due to slow down of market price and all employees were tired and bored proposed to request compromise to purchase a plot at current lower price to hold possession of plot first ever. Therefore, SCA 757 was disposed off by court with order to authorities to allot plot within three months latest by 08/02/2020. But plots were allotted after19 months in July 2022 on current market price@7,71,750/-+ Taxes for possession of 90 sq.mt plot under new sharat (Which can not sold or transferred easily). As price is not affordable to some employees from petitioners had not make payment for possession. Out of 70 only 40 had paid.
As authorities have no shame or fear to execute even courts order timely. Kindly give legal advise now what to do next.

A.In my humble suggestion, a legal notice can be set to such authorities to expediate this process in a timely manner.
