Dispute in name of my wife's property in the ROR Dispute in name of my wife's property in the ROR

1) My wife name in Biological family was Mamata Mishra D/o Gopinath Mishra. She married me i.e Narayan Nanda and during such marriage a new was given in my family i.e Mamata accordingly she has been identified in the name of Mamata Nanda W/o Narayan Nanda. Subsequently I had changed my Name from Narayn Nanda to Sarat Chandra Mishra and the Surname of my all family members including my wife from Nanda to Mishra through an Affidavit which was published in the Orissa Gazette. Accordingly my wife continue to stand in the society as Mamata Mishra, W/o Sarat Chandra Mishra & D/o Gopinath Mishra and all her Govt. documents such as Aadhar, Pan , Voter Card & Passport were created and continued as indicated just above.
2) After marriage some property she got from her biological family. While consolidation was going on their family me members mutated that properties indicating Chanchala Nanda D/o Gopinath Mishra in the ROR and accordingly the Patta was in the same format.
3) Now she want to dispose of the said property for which her present name stands barricade as it is not matched with title of the ROR ( Patta ) name. Undoubtedly it is a fact that Chanchala Mishra @ Chanchala Nanda @ Mamata Nanda @ Mamata Mishra, D/o Gopinath Mishra & W/o Sarat Chandra Mishra is one and same person and there no other contestant over and above the property

Kindly suggest how this will be solved ?

A.In my humble suggestion, you can also file a lawsuit for a court declaration in order to resolve this issue.

A.Dear Client
Get a First Class Judicial Magistrate Affidavit done wherein she declares that all the above mentioned names belong to one and the same person. To make it more strong you can also file a suit for declaration by the court.
