DVC after Mutual consent

I got divorced through mutual consent, under MOU it was written as 498 and DVC will be withdrawn. But after divorce, my ex in-laws started harassing me by sharing my personal details and number to unknown people and unknown people used to call my family. These incidents happened twice, so I filed FIR which is charge sheeted too. Can I continue DVC? Can I add this FIR to this DVC?
A.In my humble suggestion, yes you can do so. However, you must request the court to add it to the existing FIR and not make it a separate one.

Since there are two FIRs hence they will be taken up as instances of two cases but if the place of occurrence are same then you apply to the court for joining the two FIRs.
