I am living in my inlaws house in another state and i am tortured mentally by my mother in law for dowry and she uses bad words .Can my parents who are in Delhi file a complaint there in Delhi against my inlaws
A.Dowry harassment case can be filled from anywhere by the concerned part under Section 498A of the IPC.
