What FIR Quashing is required?
After my case settled in District court and order was received from Lok Adalat.
Section - 420,419, 120B
Compounded Case.
Now case status is Disposed.
Nature of Disposal - Uncontested Settled in Lok Adalat.
Please Advice.

A.In my humble suggestion, here is no point in quashing the FIR if your matter has already been resolved.

A.If your case has been disposed then no use of quashing the FIR since it has been settled off. You just need to have the certified copy of all the orders till date and the final judgement decree of that case for evidence of disposal for your future reference.

A.Dear Sir,

Take certified copy of Lok Adalat Order and entire order sheet maintained by court thus you can show to anybody that such case is closed forever.
