We are the Three childrens
A. Elder brother (Aged 45 years,Married with and dont have children) ,
B. Elder sister (aged 37 years, Married and having two daugthers) and
I am C. Younger brother (Aged 36 years, Married and one son) .
My father and mother both are expired without wil. My father had one house in 4 cents and also having 4 Cents land both are owned by his own.
My Elder brother and Elder sister both are troubling to me to share the house and 4 cents land. Now what is the process to go legally? How the property will be divided?

A.Dear client, I am sorry to hear that but in this case you can file a partition suit before the court and with the decree of the court the property will be divided equally among all your siblings and you.

A.Dear Sir,
Better go to the Civil Court and file a dummy partition suit and get it partitioned with the help of Court Commissioner.
