A.Dear Client,
The transaction involving illegal purposes will lead to criminal action against both parties. In such cases, it would be difficult to get the money back.
Thank you.

A.Dear Sir,
It is an offence both on the part of you and on the part of other side. If you go to Police Station then they may blackmail you and you cannot register any case legally as you have paid the amount to satisfy your illegal demands.

A.Dear Client,
Transaction of money between the parties for an illegal purpose itself makes both parties face criminal prosecution once the matter is brought to the notice of the Police or the Court. So, the possibility of getting your money back from a person with a fake identity is not feasible so far as the facts and circumstances stated in the query are concerned even through litigation.
