I recently joined an online data entry job first they don’t ask me for registration fee they give me file and ask to type it on word application i give them work they told me that i have done 56% mistakes if i want them to do corrections I have to pay 3550 which is totally refundable but if i made corrections myself then I have to pay them 1800 which is non refundable so i pay them 3550 they told me that my work is done now i have to pay them salary form fee of rupee 6550 but I don’t have that money so i pay them 1500 in multiple transactions they start telling me that I don’t have to do multiple transaction and I have to pay them again if i don’t want to cancel my project and salary but i don’t able to pay as I don’t have that amount now they are telling me that they will take a legal action on me and I have to pay 21600 rupees as penalty what should I do now??
A.Sir, i request you to ask them for the regulations and norms of their company along with the structure of payment for their assignment tasks and penalty structure.

A.You kindly send them a legal notice and ask them to provide you their norms and regulations along with the structure of payment for their assignment tasks and penalty structure. If they does not provide you then you can take a legal action against them. Furthermore if they take any legal action against you then you have too seek help of an advocate to get you the best legal remedy for the time being in force.
