Respected Sir, A notification of Clerk issued by Kerala Public Service Commission in 2012 with Degree and Data Entry and Office Automation from IHRD / LBS etc. Candidates with Higher Qualification for Data Entry and Office Automation like DCA , BCom with Computer , BCA etc applied for the Post with in the time limit. Those who can't apply for the post with in the time limit rush to Hon'ble HC and got favourable Order. Then PSC move in to Division Bench with a Writ Appeal and Division Bench cancelled order of Single Bench in 2022 and allowed the applicants of 2012 for an exam. Mean while in 2015 Qualification of the Post was changed to Degree Only as per Special Rules. Now it's Qualification is Only Degree. For this post PSC selected candidates from other lists where qualifications is Degree ( After 2017 , till Now ), because there is no rank list for that Post. Sir, My Question is IS COMPUTER QUALIFICATION IS RELEVANT AT NOW , AS SPECIAL RULES FOR THE POST WAS CHANGED TO DEGREE ONLY IN 2015.
