RTC transfer - one site which was registered to seller

I bought one site which was registered to seller in survey number and in terms of kunte , but when I bought it I got it registered as site and dimension. Not the problem is in this case the RTC is not getting transferred to my name .
What is the solution now to get the RTC transferred toy name
A.Apply before the registrar in whose jurisdiction the property is situated with copy of the judgment for getting your share of land registered in your name. The registry will then register the property in your name.
