A neighbor near by my side is very irritating disturbing interfering dominating...they smash there wooden windows,doors,iron grills, without any valid reason..instead they keep smashing opening closing continuously targeting us peoples nearby, and keep disturbing and interfering in our matters by putting negative influence,doing noise pollution around the locality and disturbing peace of mind and insulting.What to do please suggest an effective way...thanks n regards

A.You can file a complain for nuisance for all the disturbance your neighbour is causing. You can also lodge a complaint with other members of the society for an effective result
