company not return my money what i have gave to them for business

Dear sir/madam
i gave some money around 3.75lakhs to some partnership company for doing business with them like i have collect manufacturing material from them and sell to customers, but due to covid time i have lost my business so i asked them to return my money, this process has going last three years they have told me we are arranging money like that, till date outstanding is 2.6lakhs. i have gave them that money as i applied from bank for businee loan and that same DD what bank given to me that i have submitted to their bank account. now what action i have taken against them
A.You can file a civil suit for recovering the money he owed through promissory note or loan agreement. You can do so under Order 37 of CPC which allows the lender to file a summary suit. You can file this suit in any high court, City Civil Court or, Magistrate Court.
