My mom intentionally took a flat wherein I was harassed (influenced by my sister).. Is there any legal way by which I can get the property dissolved. My mom has turned hostile towards me.

A.Dear Sir,
You can file permanent injunction suit and stay away from your mother but if it is her self acquired property then you cannot claim any share during her lifetime.

She sold jewellery which was owned by my grandfather . Now neither my grandpa,grandma, or my dad is alive.

She tells me this is legally mine.. If you are not comfortable than go & die.

A.You may collect some sort of evidence, and lodge a complaint with the police further. And in order to understand your case better, I need to know what all have happened
