cyber complaint - filed cyber complain

Sir, I filed cyber complaint at cybercrime.gov.in official website. Authority transfer it at local police station. This complaint works as FIR, or I need to register FIR separately. Please clarify.
A.You can register a cyber crime FIR at the nearest local police station to report them. It is mandatory under Section 154 of CrPC, for every police officer to record the information/complaint of an offense, irrespective of the jurisdiction in which the crime was committed.
