Time Limitation - I got judgement my side

In my property issue I got judgement my side in lower court and again my opponent filed case in Senior civil court and in that also I got judgement my side.. Now it's been 9 months I got judgement my side in Senior civil court.. Now my question is how much time is there to my opponent to file case in high court? Please inform me time limitation to appeal before high court in civil cases..
A.Dear client,
For appeal, in case of a decree passed by lower court in civil suit, the limitation is : Appeal to High Court - 90 days from the date of decree Or order. Appeal to any other court - 30 days from the date of Decree or order.
