I bought land in 2014 in Chirala from Sri Peddi Raj. But Government handed over and constructed a school in 2018. i Filed a suit against Peddi raju in 2020 in court , is it with in the limitation period of Orignal sale deed

A.The period of limitation period of original sale deed is prescribed under Articles 58 and 59 of the 1963 Act is three years, which commences from the date when the right to sue first accrues.
