About original documents - I won my case 2 times About original documents - I won my case 2 times

I won my case 2 times both in lower court and senior civil court. Previously I submitted original documents to the lower court and after that I got judgement my side. I asked my lawyer to withdraw the original documents and my lawyer said that if your opponent again doesn't file case means court will give your documents and all. Within a month my opponent filed a case in Senior civil court. And now I got judgement my side on November 2021 in Senior civil court. Now again I am asking my lawyer to withdraw original documents but he says that your documents will be sent to district court and it will take more time to withdraw and all, sometimes he says I have to see what is the procedure to withdraw documents.. He is not picking my call and ignoring us. It has been 9 months I got judgement my side. Please guide what steps I should take to withdraw my original documents and what all documents I should take from the court after judgement to safeguard my property?

A.You need to make an application through your Advocate for return of documents (marked & unmarked). You need to substitute certified copies of the original documents to the court. The court will return your original documents to you, it will take around two weeks to three weeks.
