Case of corruption - have joined as an officer of food safety

In 2017,I have joined as an officer of food safety,one person of my office has inimical relationship with me,he always engaged in private work of others to get money therefore I made complaint with my higher authority but he did not take any action on him therefore I complaint against him with director,he disengaged this person,due to all this this person complaint against me on various platforms,and my immediate superior support him,an enquiry against me conducted by same rank officer by intention to make charges against me,they give in the report that a shopkeeper gives amount to that office fellow with whom my inimical relationship and than that person give it to me with out any evidence all was gossip,on that they complaint in ACB with political pressure,ACB file an FIr in 2020,till date it has reported by them I have imposed penalty on some persons against the law and also 3 person have given money to a cyber cafe person but not get the receipt total amount is 32000,and try to impose charges on me that I have relationship with that cyber cafe person because I have done some official program with the help of cyber cafe persons ngo.they try to establish relationship between us uncessarily ,all the things are theoretical and all the case is on statements,no person said that I have demanded any money,no money is recovered from me,no money trail is found between cyber cafe person and me ,only some programs are organised with the help of cyber cafe person,no person complaint about anything,no physical evidence is found,no recording anything,
I want to know that kya mujhe qushing k liye high court jana chahiye kyunki inquiry ko 2 saal se jyada ho gaye hai,I have all the correspondence jisme mere aur disengaged person k bich Maine jo complaint ki thi,and he is complainant in this FIR
