Broker betrayal by saying govt job Broker betrayal by saying govt job

My mother age is 49, and her strong goal is to get a govt job in her 30s and 40s. By knowing this one local broker came to her and convinced her to get a job by paying 50,000. My almost threatened us if we don't give the money to him. As we have no option we given the money to broker.

For now, it is almost 10months. We are asking to return the money, he is saying this week next week like that.

Now my mother also realized that she was betrayed by broker.

I know that this will happen in future, for that I video recorded all the sessions he came and discussed. And we have two phonepe records to his wife's account.

Please suggest how to proceed in these situations.

A.Dear Sir,
You may directly go to Police and lodge a complaint. It is an offence to bribe any person to get an Government or Private job with that risk you may go to Police Station.
