Neighbors not allowing to paint my home

We constructed a house and we want to do painting we left half feet space and constructed a home. If we want to paint we need to go through their entrance and paint but they aren't allowing us. Every time they are arguing we are patience. What to do now?
A.Dear client, in my humble suggestion, you cannot encroach into someone else's land an you cannot force them to allow you to enter their premises and paint our wall.
