Plot registration - plot is having wifes name

My plot is having wifes name at the time of registration my surname given ex. Rava Uma aliyas Umadevi (husband surname given) but her surname is Thummala Uma devi
now plot is sold out , for registration time what complications may expect.
what is the remedy for this issue
A.First obtain a marriage certificate. This can be done online in Some states
On the strength of the marriage certificate, get the surname of your wife updated as required.
Thereupon, in all the transactions, use her updated name.
