SIR/MAM
I got admitted to a reputed coaching institute for my IIT-JEE prep, but I unenrolled from coaching after 5-6mnth due to some health issues. I was enrolled for a 2-year course for which I had to pay them about 2,65,000 in 5 slabs of which I paid 3 of them about 1,53,000. This was for the year 2019-21 But, due to pandemic problems, I was unable to visit them for a refund. So my question is will they refund me the access amount of about 88,000-(Admission fees+registration, etc)?

A.You may send a legal notice, then file a complaint with the Consumer Forum. A provision, terms, and agreement are always there that specify which items and amounts are refundable and which are not. In general, non-refundable fees such as booking fees, registration fees, admission fees, etc.
