A.Dear client, in my humble opinion, you can file a complaint under the Money Lending Act where the harassment of borrowers by moneylenders has been made an offence, attracting a one-year- imprisonment and a fine of Rs.10, 000. As far as the house is concerned, obtain appropriate orders from the court against their unauthorised access to the same.
