Dear Sir/Mam,
This is writing to you about seeking legal advice on our case. The Hon'ble High Court disposed of the writ petition on 29.06.2022 with directions to submit a fresh application to us with the time of two weeks and ten weeks given to the respondents to take an appropriate decision.
According to the Hon'ble High Court's direction a fresh application has been submitted from our end on 12.07.2022 to the 4th respondent. Thereafter the remaining ten weeks have been completed as per the time frame given by the Hon'ble High Court. However, there is no response from the respondents to the order of the Hon'ble High Court.
Kindly provide a piece of legal advice for further process of the case.
Thanking you.

A.Dear client in my humble suggestion if the respondent does not appear in the court even after several dates and after serving proper notice on him, the Court may proceed ex-parte i.e. may pass the order without the appearance of the Respondent in your favour if you have sufficient evidence to support your petition.

A.Dear Client
When your matter will be called for in the court room then you/your lawyer needs to mention the point that the respondent has failed to adhere to the last order and not responded to the fresh application. The Hon'ble High Court shall take that into cognizance and pass appropriate order.
