Tenants - staying more than 10 years

One of my Tenant staying more than 10 years in one of the unit in my apartment building. We asked them to vacate. They are asking to move different unit in the same apartment building. Is it legally safe to the owners?

A.It is depending on the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement or any document executed with the tenant for using and occupying the said premises by them for residential purpose... For further legal assistance you need to have a proper consultation with an advocate with all the relevant documents.
