A, is boy who slapped a girl, B . They were having an arguement. arguement was totally baseless. however B slapped back in return and she recorded this in a video . now she has filed a police complaint. she accused that A threatens her. But A has no proof of this.

If both of them have slapped each other and that is recorded in video then the police most probable won't take any legal step even after the complaint is lodged.
