Cyber cell - account was hacked by a boy

My social media account was hacked by a boy...Whose police complaint I had made to cyber cell and SP sir.. lekin they did not take any action, leaving the boy with warning..I have to get that boy punished for hacking my social media account..But the cops make compromises. if you have to compromise in every case then what is the use of police..If I had been implicated in a case by using my social media account wrongly and destroying the evidence, the police would have considered me guilty.And would have taken action and put me in jail..While I was not aware of my Id being hacked.. had kept my i'd hacked for 5 months.. I can't do anything in my defense...Police did not take any action.. but I want to get that boy punished.. please tell me how can i get him punished
Please mention the age of the boy who hacked your account. If he is a minor, then it won't really stand in the court as he can take the defense of not attaining majority. If he is above 18 years of age, then contact a lawyer as you can file cases under various provisions of IPC and IT Act along with relevant provisions of Evidence Act with your local police station. In case they do not register your complaint you have the right to approach the court with your complaint.
Yes, your argument is correct. If Cyber Police do not co-operate then go for private complaint under Section 200 of Cr.P.C that boy is punished properly by sending him to Borstal school etc.
