LOKADALAT DECREE NOT RESPECTED LOKADALAT DECREE NOT RESPECTED

I have taken a loan 10 years back from a party by pledging our property documents. Im unable to pay for a year and the opposite person filed a case in COURT. Case was refered to LOKADALAT. After few days settlement done and we both went before LOKADALAT. The party acknowleged that money is recieved and he handovered our documents in court. THE judge struck the case and gave a decree that settlement is done. But our documents are still in court from 2 months. The opposite party is not responding to requests and behaving rudely. He is not filing withdrawl petetion . Our documents are stuck in court. What can we do in this case. Can we file a CIVIL CONTEMPT against the opposite party?

A.Dear Client
when the court (lok adalat here) has struck down the case and a decree is already allowed then why do you have to depend upon the other side to get your documents. You need to file an application for obtaining the original docs from the court and it should be allowed to you.
