Sir Namastey.In my deed it. Is written that we don’t have roof right and we by mistake signed it. Now my developers lock the roof and don’t even allow to maintain.and he not even installed the Lift. Space for lift is already there pls advise.

A.Dear client,
Is it a sale deed or rent deed? The landlords can put any such cause in the rent agreement.
Is it a flat or an independent house? Please let us know the details, we'll be definitely able to help you.

And about the lift, you can file a complaint against the developer or builder in a consumer court for not fulfilling the promised the amenities.
Step 1: Issue a notice to the developer
Step 2: If no response, you can register an online complaint to the court.
