According to court order the land extent is 1 acre and 5 guntas accouding to this order the phodi was made to separate the original land to hissas, while doing the phodi sketch according to the dimensions given when the area is calculated it is around 1 guntas less than intended however they have mentioned that the extent of the land is 1 acre and 5 guntas now what steps should i take so as to correct the mistake in the phodi sketch.

A.Dear Client,

1.file an application to the tahsildar requesting to set right the phodi sketch.
2.the revenue authorities will your land survey, measure and amend the phodi sketch accordingly.
3.if they don't respond file a petition in the court for directing the tahsildar to correct the phodi after verifying its correctness.
