Sec 188 and crackers Seized from my home Sec 188 and crackers Seized from my home

Police has filed a false case under sec 188 against me showing we were selling crackers and raid my home without warrant. They enter my house premises and seize crackers which were kept for pooja and belong to last year. What are the implications and solution so that it won't affect my career.
