Gathering evidence is one of the strongest ways to take down a bully. Starting today, consistently log each incident with as much detail as possible, such as what happened, when, where and if there were any witnesses. Make sure to keep the log somewhere that isn’t on the work server or computer. This log will serve as evidence when reporting to HR.
