Mother in law harassment

I am foreign maried Indian lives with his mother,i have 2 kids i am having alot alot of struggles in my life mother in law she's so bad to me torturing me harassing me and my health it's not good i got stone in galblader last month i am living stress life i want to go to my country and visit my family they didn't allow me they are thinking to take children from me Shea telling me that i am mental i am not taking care of my kids i am living in her house Shea telling also that i am shameless i am living with her money in her house and they know i am from other country no family for me her but she want to torture me i don't know what exactly i need to do

Section 498A in The Indian Penal Code
376 [498A. Husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty.—Whoever, being the husband or the relative of the husband of a woman, subjects such woman to cruelty shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and shall also be liable to fine. Explanation.—For the purpose of this section, “cruelty” means—
(a) any wilful conduct which is of such a nature as is likely to drive the woman to commit suicide or to cause grave injury or danger to life, limb or health (whether mental or physical) of the woman; or
(b) harassment of the woman where such harassment is with a view to coercing her or any person related to her to meet any unlawful demand for any property or valuable security or is on account of failure by her or any person related to her to meet such demand.]
Sorry you are going through this. You should file A police complaint against the mother-in-law under section 406 IPC in the police station nearest to your in-laws house. The police on your complaint can help you to get your articles by speaking to your in laws.

Yesterday i was in police station complaining about them they called the hasband only they give warning but his mother they didn't call her ,now what i need to do next please u advice me
