GrandFather(GF) has a land with building in chennai. GF has 3 sons and 3 daughters. All the 3sons are dead and 3 sisters are live. Actually son1 has 2 legal wifes (after wife1's death in 1974 and in 1977 son1 married wife2). Everyone has agreed to sell including me my mom and my sister (that is wife2 her son and daughter) the above land with house. But son1 wife1's son is not agreeing to sell the above property. Plz guide me to any solution

Note - son1's father abandoned son1. and son1 was all the way till his death of his paralysed body and medical expenses for nearly 4 years was taken care by his wife2 and her son. Son1 wife1 's son and daughter totally abandoned their father ( son1 ) till son1's death. Best example to say about them is they didn't even call son1 as "papa" till his death.
If the property belonged to your father and is not an ancestral property, the the property will be divided equally amongst all the children of your father. If there is no will that states the wife1 's son and daughter are disinherited, then all the children will have a claim on the property.
